The Jewish Community Relations Council of Greater Boston congratulates Prime Minister Netanyahu on successfully forming Israel’s next governing coalition.  We reaffirm our commitment to the welfare and security of the State of Israel and all her citizens. We share their hope that the Jewish state, the homeland of the Jewish people, will one day soon be able at long last to experience peace. We will work with the people of Israel in pursuit of a two-state solution as we continue to advocate for Israel’s security and against the efforts to demonize her and to deny her legitimacy in the global arena.  We remain steadfast in our support for the Israeli people and their government’s effort to strengthen both the Jewish and democratic character of Israel in realization of the hopes and aspirations as expressed in her Declaration of Independence.
