Risa Shames & Neil Silverston, 2018 Community Legacy Award
Risa Shames has been a vital leader in ensuring the success of TELEM, JCRC’s teen service program. In addition to being an active member of the JCRC Council, Neil Silverston has led synagogue organizing efforts with JCRC at Temple Beth Elohim and beyond.
