About Jill Goldenberg
A past president of JCRC, Jill Goldenberg has held leadership roles in the nonprofit, political, and legal fields. She is the founder and President of Goldenberg Solutions Group (GSG), a national consulting firm based in Newton, MA, primarily serving nonprofit leaders and political change makers who rely on her to enable them achieve their own and their organization’s boldest organizational, philanthropic, and strategic goals. Jill’s clients trust her years of experience, deep expertise in leadership and management, clarity of thinking, pragmatism, sense of humor, and problem-solving skills.
Jill is particularly adept at synthesizing stakeholder needs during moments of change. With more than 25 years of learning from successes and mistakes, empathetic counsel, trainings, and planning tools, Jill’s superpower is effectively engaging leaders and teams to focus on impact. Jill has also successfully coached and led multi-million-dollar efforts in organizational change, fundraising, career transition, partnership development, team building, search and placement, grantmaking, governance transformation, and program strategy and implementation.
Jill previously served as the Interim Chief Development Officer for Prizmah and as the Executive Director of the Partnership for Excellence in Jewish Education (PEJE), a capacity-building organization of 340 Jewish independent schools. As the former Associate Director of the Lawyers Clearinghouse on Affordable Housing and Homelessness, she founded the Massachusetts Legal Clinic for the Homeless, where she marshaled the resources of major law firms to provide millions of dollars of pro bona legal services to homeless clients.
Jill believes deeply in community building and serves on the national boards of the Jewish Democratic Council of America and the Jewish Electorate Institute and the national leadership team of Jewish Democratic Women for Action (formerly Jewish Women for Joe). She raises funds for local, state and national Democratic candidates and served for many years in various volunteer leadership positions, including as a co-chair of the Rashi School’s successful $30 million capital campaign, on the board of Combined Jewish Philanthropies and as development and governance chairs for multiple nonprofit boards.
Jill and her husband, Sidney Kriger, live in Newton, MA and are the proud parents of two young adult children.
About Adam Suttin
Adam has served on the board of JCRC since 2009 and was President of JCRC from 2015 to 2018. In 2006, Adam became a GBJCL literacy volunteer through JCRC at The Quincy School in Boston and now tutors at Northeast Elementary in Waltham. Adam has been actively involved in the Boston Jewish Community with past service on the boards of Combined Jewish Philanthropies (Campaign Co-Chair from 2019 to 2021), Gann Academy (former Treasurer) and Jewish Vocational Service, and was a participant in the Combined Jewish Philanthropies’ Cynthia and Leon Shulman Archarai Leadership Program from 2013 to 2014.
Adam is the Managing Partner of Prospect Hill Growth Partners, a private equity firm that he co-founded in 1995. Prospect Hill acquires majority positions in growth companies in the consumer and healthcare service sectors. Adam was raised in Miami and moved to Boston in 1989 to join Thomas H. Lee Company following his graduation from the Wharton School and the Moore School of Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania.
Adam lives in Newton with his wife, Hope and they have three adult children.
